Rounds at Putt in the Park usually go ahead in most weather. If three or more holes are unplayable because of waterlogging when you arrive, you can claim a 50% refund, and you can change or cancel a standard booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your tee time.

If it rains on the day

A shower rarely stops play. If severe weather makes the course unsafe and we cannot open, a member of our team will contact you directly, and you will receive a full refund. Every course has a licensed clubhouse café if you would rather wait for the rain to pass.

Changing or cancelling a booking

  • More than 48 hours before your tee time: you can cancel for a full refund.
  • Within 48 hours: you can rearrange your booking for another date, or receive a voucher for the value of your booking to use in the future.
  • Waterlogged holes: if three or more holes are unplayable when you arrive, you can claim a 50% refund.

Parties, corporate events and private hire

For bookings of 10 or more people, if severe or unsafe weather (such as storms or flooding) makes the course unplayable, we may offer a new date or a refund. If your group decides not to play because of light rain, we can move your booking to another date, but the deposit is not refunded.
