Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions
Standard Bookings (online or walk-in)
These apply to all regular mini golf bookings made through our website or in person for groups under 10 people.
Refunds
A full refund is available if:
- Cancellation is made more than 48 hours before your booking time, or
- Putt in the Park (PITP) cancels your booking due to severe weather or other safety concerns that make the course unplayable. (If this happens, a member of our team will contact you directly.)
Cancellations within 48 hours
If you cancel within 48 hours of your booked time for reasons not within PITP’s control:
- You can rearrange your booking for another date, or
- Receive a voucher equal to the value of your booking, redeemable at any time in the future.
Wet Weather
If, upon arrival, three or more holes are unplayable due to water logging, a 50% refund can be obtained in line with our Wet Weather Pricing System.
Large Group, Event, and Private Hire Bookings
These apply to corporate bookings, parties, private hire, events, and large group bookings of 10 or more people made via phone or email.
Cancellations and Changes
- If you cancel more than 5 days before your booking, your deposit can either be refunded or transferred to a new date.
- If you cancel within 5 days of your booking, your deposit will be retained.
- Reschedules may be made before the 5-day notice period without penalty. Further date changes, or reschedule requests made within 5 days of your booking, will incur a rebooking fee or may result in loss of deposit, at PITP’s discretion.
Weather Conditions
- In the event of severe or unsafe weather (e.g., storms or flooding) where the course is deemed unplayable, PITP may offer a rescheduled date or refund, at our discretion.
- If your group chooses not to play due to light rain or unfavourable weather, the booking can be rescheduled, but the deposit will not be refunded.
